  • For hair, take 5 drops of rosemary essential oil and massage it into your scalp after a bath or shower. Let it sit on your scalp for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • You can mix it in your shampoo; it can also be applied to conditioners, lotions, or creams. Later use the product as usual.
  • For a massage oil to reduce pain, blend rosemary oil with peppermint oil and dilute the blend in coconut oil and rub on tender muscles and aching joints.
  • To relieve stress, diffuse rosemary essential oil in the room for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Always dilute Rosemary Oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond before applying to the skin or scalp. For hair growth, mix a few drops with your regular hair oil and massage the scalp for 5–10 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing. For aromatherapy, add 2–3 drops to a diffuser to uplift the mind and improve focus. For muscle or joint pain, massage the diluted oil onto affected areas in circular motions. I ll suggest don't sacred and go for it.. Its very low rate compared to other rosemary oil and it's very benefit for our hair and skin.. use rosemary oil for hair growth .. this oil mix it our normal oil like coconut and apply it on hair and after 1hr. Or over night and wash it.. Apply like this twice week and after and month u ll se result..
